How can the P2105A can be used for differential measurements?
I assume using two is not beneficial with respect to matching. Or is any pair of P2105A matched?

We don't currently make a differential TDR probe, though hopefully one will be released in 2022.
A pair of P2105A's will work and are well-matched. We can match to within about 2ps, but they are typically within about 2ps anyway.
